What to expect

Therapy should feel clear enough to enter and flexible enough to become your own.

  1. A short consultation. 10 minutes, free, to hear what is going on and answer your questions. There is no pressure to schedule.
  2. Intake and a plan. The first full session covers history, goals and safety. We choose an approach together.
  3. Focused sessions. Most sessions last 50 to 60 minutes and begin weekly. We adjust the pace as things settle.
  4. Visible progress. We track disturbance and symptoms as we go, so we can see what is changing and revise what is not.

You stay in control

You do not have to tell every detail of a traumatic experience. We discuss what is needed for safe, effective work, and you can pause or change direction at any point.

Who should look elsewhere

I don’t provide crisis services, court-ordered evaluations or medication management. If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

Ready when you are

The first step is simply finding out whether working together feels right.
